Job Overview: Northern Haserot is looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their operations team. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable candidate with Warehouse Supervisor experience. This position plays a crucial role in assisting in the management and leadership of the 2nd shift warehouse team, as well as sharing responsibility with other supervisors. This position requires a proactive individual who is attentive to detail and committed to upholding a cohesive team to effectively lead a successful shift.

Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a staff of 15-20 union employees.
  • Utilize company WMS to manage labor and inventory.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timely completion of the picking process.
  • Supervise the fulfillment of orders and cross-docking of product daily.
  • Assign and oversee department cleanliness throughout the three separate temperature zones. (dry, cooler, freezer)
  • Work alongside and support sales team with product availability.
  • Support delivery driver check-ins and returns.
  • Demonstrate and ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols are being adhered to.
  • Willingness to work hands on with the team to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse distribution.
  • Experience with perishable product preferred.
  • Experience and ability to work with Office 365, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Understanding of Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills within a diverse workforce.
  • Experience in hiring, training and employee improvement discussions.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and the ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks.
