Job Summary
Replenishment Supervisor: Oversees the replenishment team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate daily operations. Partners with the Operations Manager to maintain productivity, support order fulfillment, and uphold company safety standards while leading warehouse staff and equipment operations.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This position requires spending the majority of the workday in a freezer (-5°) and cooler (32°) environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide employees with clear direction and guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage employee break rotations to maintain continuous floor coverage and operational workflow.
- Monitor floor productivity and hold team members accountable to established performance metrics.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and formal disciplinary actions as needed.
- Support and execute the direction provided by the Operations Manager and/or Facility Director while performing assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and management to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement.
- Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, defective materials, or other operational concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain WMS slotting integrity by performing regular data cleanups and ensuring all slot locations are accurately labeled.
- Coordinate inventory slot movements to optimize warehouse space utilization without disrupting picking operations.
- Enforce proper product staging and warehouse safety protocols, including correct pallet storage and preventing unauthorized double stacking.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the main office and warehouse floor to coordinate drop management and ensure replenishment tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of WMS drop processes to improve workflow and facility throughput.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or related operational environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Experience with wearable scanning picking systems, such as SAE or similar technology, is considered an asset.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to spend the majority of the workday actively supporting team members and operations on the warehouse floor.
- Demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills by bringing forward new ideas and practical solutions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while adapting communication style to different audiences and situations.
- Resolve conflicts collaboratively by identifying common ground, actively listening, and addressing issues professionally.
- Maintain a strong understanding of warehouse systems and operational tools.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, stoop, climb, reach, crouch, and kneel for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to repeatedly lift, lower, push, pull, maneuver, and handle equipment and/or packages weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Availability for overtime based on business needs, particularly during Northern's peak season from spring through fall.
