We are growing and so is our Building Maintenance Team!  We are looking to add a 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Building Maintenance Technician to our amazing team! 
 
General Building Maintenance Technicians work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, who will delegate assignments and duties. The ideal candidate will work with attention to detail to efficiently complete required maintenance tasks and be a self-starter.

Job Responsibilities include:
•    General building maintenance duties.
•    Light carpentry and building repairs.
•    Basic electrical work including refrigeration 
•    Painting
•    Ground’s maintenance.
•    Lighting updates and repairs.
•    Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:
•    Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri and an on-call rotation.
•    General Building knowledge including basic electric and refrigeration 
•    Must be able to work at heights as needed.
•    Must be able to work with focus, independently to complete assigned tasks.
•    Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

Experience Required:
2+ years previous experience required. MUST have experience working in Building Maintenance within a warehouse or manufacturing environment to be considered. Those with only residential maintenance will not be considered.
