Seasonal Building Maintenance

Job Responsibilities include:

Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
Assist in minor building repairs
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Report to a maintenance manager all issues
Perform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside area, insure all areas are kept clean and in a safe condition
Prepares and paints walls and general custodial duties as required
Other house keeping and maintenance projects as assigned

Requirements and skills

Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Work involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders
Work involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist. Indoor/ out-door work environment with exposure to weather extremes
High school diploma or equivalent
